My CDC has emailed me, asked if I still want to go and weigh in on Friday, even though I dont need any shakes/soups.

I'm thinking that because of my little slip up on Friday, I wont have lost a great deal, if anything. So, I will probably be best not going this week because I might get a bit disheartened.

What do you guys think

Spud why don't you go anyway....you may have lost something....(take Snags as an example :rotfl: ) I am honest with my CDC and say I had a blip and talk through why I had a blip.. Its important for them to know why you fall off the wagon...At least tell her why you had a blip...

    I would go

Thanks, feel a bit silly for all the stressing now - can I just blame it on a bad week? :o

And just had my 'dinner'.......mmmmmmm, butterscotch!!! :D

Spud, does she charge you for a weigh-in? My CDC was lovely today, really supportive and I feel really motivated again.

I'm not sure if she charges for just a WI, I've only ever bought stuff before

I guess I'm just scared that if I havent lost as a result of Friday's cheating, I'll be fed up and think sack it, I'm not going again.

Maybe I should email her back and explain my dilemma :o

Snaggs, butterscotch is yummy ehh. Like unset Angel Delight. The choccy mint is fab too - liquidised mint matchmakers :D

Just ran slightly over 4k in about half an hour - need to be a bit quicker than that really to get the 36 minute RFL I'm aiming for in  just over 2 weeks (omg how did that come around so quickly!!), but I'm glad I'm still managing to run.

The first run I did, about 5 days into CD, I thought I was going to collapse, and I had so little energy afterwards, I was struggling to have a shower because I couldn't lift my arms above my head to wash my hair! :rotfl:

Still have a toffee and walnut shake to drink this evening - I dislike toffee so I'm not looking forward to THAT! :o

Spud - mmm, yep, Angel Delight. But I'm not so keen on Mint Choc. The worst is Spicy Tomato Soup though - even following the instructions to the letter I get powdery fluffy crap on top of it and watery soup underneath!
