Well unless you find it or send off for a replacement you will not be flying to Brussels.

My daughter had this problem a week before flying to the US.
You can phone the passport office and they can tell you which is your 'local' office. You can then phone them and ask for an emergency appointment. You may have to travel quite a way if your local office doesn't have any spaces. DON'T be late for the appointment because you won't get another chance.

29th of April? You have plenty of time to get a replacement.
You need to visit this website for full details but even with the bank holidays coming up as long as you apply within the next week you will be flying to Brussels.

Apply through the post office and pay and extra £6.00 they take around 2 weeks - pleanty of time, so dont panic.Any spelling mistakes are entirely on purpose to check you're paying attention0
