Renovation Grants

Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase an old property in need of renovating. The front of the property is listed (grade 2 i think if that is the most common). Property based in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
Does anyone know if grants are still available to bring the property back to life?
My parents used to live in the same street 12 years ago and there was a grant available for their house of £38,000.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
