Robinson Way Limited Letter

Hi all,

Finally got to the bottom of this whole thing, turned out that the water company thought i had been living at this property since August 2009, and had in fact been living there with and since the other couple moved out. The water had remained in my name even though i had moved out in January of 2010.
Rang water company direct, who "nil balanced" the account when I explained.
Rang Robinson Way who advised they would cease collection activities while they investigated my claim. I have since recieved a confirmation of a nil balance from the water company and nothing more from Robinson Way.
