50th Birthday holiday suggestions?

I'm determined to enjoy my half century birthday next May & have asked 3 friends if they fancy joining me for a holiday - luckily they said yes as I would have been a bit sad going on my own!

We would like:-
Sun
All inclusive
Flight time max 3 hours from London
Transfer time at destination 30 mins max
Pool with plenty of sun beds but also shops etc closeby
I was thinking of going in June/July 7 night & most I can afford is £500 (everyone paying for themselves!)

Has anyone got any suggestions as I'm going cross eyed looking at Trip Advisor & travel websites!

Many thanks

I would recommend the wow bodrum resort in turkey, it's a large all inclusive resort, with several restaurants, gorgeous pool, private beach. Have stayed twice and loved it.

Look on trip advisor for Martinlq, you will see a number of my reviews.
