Cool, it's only £4 from primark so not the end of the world if I ruin it :D

The only problem is drying it. I use the shower rail to hang shirts cardigans and dresses to dry.

Can you not hang it back up to drip dry over the bath/shower tray?

Failed shopping trip so off to S'nage after school with DS3 in tow too.

Off to rescue the kitchen and do a bit more sorting of stuff going back into the DR

Hoover under any furniture you can safely move - unfortunately I can't move any of the furniture :( will see how keen hubby is to do it when he gets home tho lol... also discovered that my hoover is broken today so have had to tape it up; not sure how long that 'solution' is going to last for :o
    [STRIKE]Dust any electrical bits[/STRIKE]

HH Paperwork - finally managed to send off tax credits renewal, as well as a letter to evil ex-employer and to Very customer service (again!) as once more they have been collosally incompetent. I have soooo much household paperwork to organise and file away, but my priority is the bathroom this afternoon, so maybe I'll come back to it later.

HH me time - I baked some bread! Yey! Also would like to fit in 2 exercise sessions today, I'm thinking yoga and zumba... although my legs still feel like I ran a marathon yesterday after the kinect faux pas :rotfl:
HHI - I really must get around to doing some ironing, but it makes my back hurt and both my iron and board are broken, woe is me! :(

I've been blitzing the house with music on loud today - it's really helped me, although I'm not sure my neighbours will be happy! Still, their dog pooed on my doorstep yesterday so I don't care :rotfl:

Hi everybody - it' a nice sunny day today and I'm not at work!

Had a nice lunch with an ex-colleague and caught up on the gossip, after a great time over coffee with friends yesterday (thanks for the good wishes Helen Jelly) and 'happy birthday' for yesterday to Mrs Moneypeny - it sounds like you had a lovely time!!

Didn't have too much to do today, breakfast for all (lots of blackbirds and baby starlings at the table today), cleaned bathroom and kitchen, then just wiped round conservatory and mopped the floor - it wasn't too bad.

After my shower I spent 30 mins on tidying spare bedroom's drawers then got ready to meet my friend. Shops after, and got loads more bird food and some shopping for us and got home same time as neighbour, who informs me she is to have an op soon - is finding it difficult to walk. Anyway, OH and I have offered to take her dogs out for walks (first one tonight ) so am hoping this, combined with more healthy eating, will help lose weight/get fitter (got niece's wedding in a month). Shame on me if not! This is a good chance for me to try to get fitter!!

I hope everyone is well and good vibes to all that need them. Going to have 60mins 'me' time now, then make that walk a brisk one!

    Bye for now, x

Bathrooms sorted and have been out and about with weed killer, front and back.

CBA ironing. Just finished work for the week and feel zonked. Collecting kiddies in a mo, and they will need a bath tonight. Then I think we will have a DVD / cuddle in my bed and pray for a later start tomorrow.

The good news is, we have no real plans for the next few days. A spot of baking for neighbour to say thanks for mowing lawn, and we might head up to playgroup on Friday and see if they have a summer scheme on. We haven't been in such a long time, what with one thing and another, plus the pitying looks of course, but it would be nice to see the lady who runs it. She was very kind to us at the end of last year...

    Hi girls

I have just signed up to the Fly Lady website and I am hoping to be broken in gently as I am well and truely fed up of all the junk all over the place and I'm hoping this will give me the help and motivation to get it all done and sorted finally.

Ive seen all your lists though and quite frankly the different levels are scaring because I don't know how thorough they all are??

    can anyone explain them please?

be gentle with me Im a newbie at this!
    Time to find me again

Hi if you go to the first page, in the very first post there is a link to a guide by toots, should explain everything.

Just start with level 1. The next week it's easier, because you're making a start. Soon you'll have time for level 2 and so on.

The hhc really is brilliant. Amazing what can be done in 30min. Just set your kitchen timer and set to it!

    Welcome!
