Renting a room (house share) - advice please

Couples are always really unpopular: insularity, and...arguing. Agree with dimbo61 about bathroom ratio. It's just how it is.0

I suggest you rent unfurnished or part furnished and keep your stuff. If you look at the cost of storage, it is a sizeable contribution to the rent you might pay on a property where you could keep your stuff.
also if theres as much as say three/ four bedrooms imagine the kerfuffle in the morning re: bathroom access :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:0
