Likelihood on new mbna card and when to apply

Just closed mbna card as card had nil balance and no offers available when I rang to ask. How long should I wait before applying for a new card. Closed had limit of £12k.

should have just started using the card, then the offers flood through on the accounts.. had texts through recently on my mbna & virgin cards for Balance Transfers..0
