I hope somebody can help with this. I just got a parking ticket fromEaling Council for being "parked in a special enforcement area adjacent to a dropped footway section 27".
No warning sign.....
Can I appeal from this ticket??

As long as you have grounds then you can appeal the ticket. I would suggest posting in the council parking section at www.pepipoo.com for some good advice on what to do and how to do it."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

There may be other grounds for appealing the ticket, do a Trebor16 says and post it on Pepipoo.
However signs are not required for a dropped kerb.0
