Looking for luxury hotel/location for honeymoon with reasonable flights..

Hi, we`re looking for luxury hotel/location for 10 day Mini-moon with reasonable flights.. (We`re having a Honeymoon next year)

The only places I can see or think of are Turkey or Greece but the flights are extortionate..

I`d rather spend money on the accomodation than transport.

I can manage about £800 to £1000 each

Mmm, thanks.. but the decent places have something like a 20 hour non direct flight with hours waiting in the middle. 2 of the days will be spent travelling :(
  • When are you looking to go? There are some fabulous looking 5* resorts in the Algarve and you can usually get pretty decent flights with Low cost carriers to Faro.

Cant help with the flights but if you consider Turkey at least your day to day living will be by far cheaper than anything in the euro zone

for even more savings stay away from the main well known places like Marmaris or Bodrum etc

We ( family of 5 all eating adult meals) eat out for about £40 that's a meal and drinks, no starter or desert - places like Calis Beach, Fethiye, Dalyan to name a few really great places:cool:
