I am spitting mad at the moment I bought this all singing dancing model last autumn and it keep flooding my kitchen:mad: The valve keeps sticking randomly:mad: and this morning as usual I put the coffee on to perk as my DD was coming for her Sunday morning coffee and natter and when I went back into the itchen the blooming thing had flooded the top and run all over the floor:mad::mad::mad:
Luckily she was there and could mop it up for me as I have difficulty in bending because of my arthritis.I am fuming as not only has it made a rotten mess in the kitchen but its a waste of good coffee I have just sent them off an email of complaint.The annoying thing is my DGD bought the same model for my DD last Christmas as a present, and its happened to her as well, and I had recommended it to several of my friends and its happended to them as well, so there must be a design fault in it I am scrupulous in washing and cleaning it after use and I am a real coffee lover .Grrrr I am so angry:mad::mad::mad:
