Lithuanian DL question

Hey all,
I've had an employee drop driving documents off so she can switch departments (she needs to go on the company insurance as she'll be driving a company van), and she's handed me a Lithuanian DL.
She's worked for us for about 5 years, and I'm just wondering whether she's allowed to drive in the UK (I thought it was after a year it had to be changed). I've already checked with the insurance, and it's anyone over 23 that can drive our vehicles, as long as they have a valid license.
Any ideas/pointers?

From what I recall because Lithuania is part of the EU she can keep driving in the UK after a year without needing to get a UK driving license, I think the only limit is reaching 70 years old or something?
The year limit you refer to is for those with a driving license outwith the EU I believe.

Bingo, thanks John!
I thought this was the case, just wanted to make sure, as it's me that gets in trouble if she's caught in one of our vehicles.
