Can I withdraw fron auction
pariskate
I have some lego up for sale at the moment and have been contacted by someone who would like to buy it directly - he says he'll be in my city this weekend and can take it if we agree a price
The ebay forum thinks its someone who might be taking advantage of the newbie (that's me). And also it may be fee avoidance if I withdraw.
Have you had experience of this sort of approach? Good or bad?
Are people really so devious?
thanks

If there is more than 12 hours left on auction then you can end it early.
1) click help button.
2) Type "end listing early" in the search bar and you will find how to within the search results, make a note of the item number!
Only end auction early if buyer is prepared to pay deposit! What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
I imagine what the forum is getting at is that this guy may try to get you to agree to a price which is lower than it might sell for if the auction ran its course.
Have you looked at the final prices for similar listings?
