this made me chuckle!

I am looking to buy a car atm and while perusing ebay's listings i came across this honda accord. First of all i thought the fact that the photos were taken in the dark was a bit daft, but dig into the listing a bit & you find the portrait of a man without a clue!

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4538620815

I sent him this:

"just to say thankyou! an ebay listing hasn't made me laugh so much - ever! Pictures taken in the dark, dead links to 'enlarge images', yellow text on a white background and a t&c like i havent seen in all my corporate experience.

Then we have 'Dafirm Empire' (or Defirm as it is sometimes inexplicably spelt in your ad)LOL is that the love child of del, rodney & Ali G? its Da Firm innit!

And just when you thought all the gems had been mined; if the contractors & associates cannot sell you a car as a 'nice christmas (!!!) present'; perhaps you cant see in the dark? - they'll come round and do a spot of decorating for you instead ROTFLMAO!

No offense intended mate, we're all trying to make a living - you just made someone laugh too ;-)"

- A bit harsh perhaps but hey, if you're going to put it out there

:rotfl:

Can you believe this seller has private feedback and yet people are still happy to bid so much money?

What if the negative he's had is "this guy took my £4000 and gave me a stolen car"...

I wonder if he used his own "high tech digital equipments" to photograph the car? And with that in mind, you'd really jump at the chance of booking him for your wedding photography wouldn't you.

Aahhh, the wonders of eBay :D

    Thats a weird listing....

The Buy two items and get reduced delivery is a cool idea, shame he only arranges local pickup!

I like the use of a Christmas theme for the item.
