If you are realistically paying all you can afford you need to write to them recorded delivery asking them NOT to telephone and to remove your phone number from their database.
Also check the National Debtline (web address at the top of this page) and get their income and expenditure form & send this along with the letter showing this is all you can afford. Pressurising you unduly to increase payments when you cannot afford to do so is a breach of OFT guidelines.

Give them a rise, 1pDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Very doubtful they will have anything at all, so write that letter and if they have nothing to prove you owe them anything, then the ball is firmly in your court.
