Property People Birmingham

Has anyone used this Agent before? they have currently found me a family who will be Renting out my Property, however i have tried selling it through Property People but only got 1 Viewing, this was in 1 Year of trying.

My Question is how can they find people who want to Rent so quickly,( in the past they have found various tenants, in fast time) yet when it comes to selling it seems like they are dragging their feet.

There could be 2 options i suppose, either its overpriced, or the agent is playing games.

Btw Property People Birmingham, does not even have a website!!

I know you're new - so will advise that you need to give people more than 90 minutes to read and respond. Hold tight - you may get someone who knows these agents.

Yes you can have 2 boards up - all depends on your agreement with the EA. Rightmove aren't an agent however... they are just taking over the world...

    If you google

    Property People Birmingham

It will come up with there address in Birmingham, moblie phone number

If you google there address it comes up with a 0844 and 0800 number

It also shows they have a website

www dot propertypeopleltd dot com, which does not work.

I live in W Mids and have never heard of them. Personally if I wanted to sell I wouldn't use a company that doesn't have a website and is run on a mobile number. I'd look in my area at the 'For Sale' boards that are up and consider the agents who have a lot of 'Sold STC' signs, then speak to them.
As mentioned above, check your contract to see the agreement you have with the agent.
I assume your property is featured on Rightmove by the agent?
