Just received ATOs medical questionnaire. What happens next?

    What would they be living on meanwhile? As I understand it, the intention is to not pay even assessment rate ESA until the recon has been done and the claim passed to the Tribunal Service.

    All depends if there has been a deterioration in health or that a new illness had arisen. If so, a new ESA (IR) claim could be lodged.

    If not then JSA for a couple of months.

    Come on Andy, I'm sure you are well aware that JSA claimanst have to actively seek work as part of their contract, it's more than likely that

    Would not be able to meet the requirement and would therefore be refused JSA.
