Lesson to be learned folks. When you are young and you think credit cards are to be wazzed up the wall, then you reap the consequences in later years. meeting the £1.5K minimum monthly deposit doesn't mean you have to have a single £1.5K deposit from an external source - - you could pay in e.g. 4 x £375 or 6 x £250, or whatever makes up £1.5K a month.
