Just renewed my tax credits and now I have received a letter saying that my payments will be £300 a month for the next couple of months and then go down to £75 per month. They had already lowered the payments from £500 to £350 as I told them that I had changed my job and what I would be earning last May. Now I dont know how I am going to cope with all the bills including the rent.
Can I apply for housing benefit now as my tax credits have gone down this much??
Any advice greatly received

Why don't you put your details into the benefit calculator on www.turn2us.org.uk .
I have always found this is a fairly reliable source.0
