Finally found some dentures that had fallen under bed (due to drunkenness, sadly, no rumpy humpy!)..

Whats best way to clean them? boil in water, or a soak in tcp..?
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)

You could soak them in Milton's sterilising solution.

Do not boil!! They will never fit the same again!!!

Soak in some denture cleaner and brush - if no denture cleaner then warm water then a blooming good brushing.

They shouldn't be too dirty as they have only been under the bed - unless that's an area you vacuum just wont fit!

If you have any baking soda in your cupboard it will clean them up well. I used to work in an old peoples home and if we ever ran out of steradent then thats what we used(in a little warm water), and in fact worked just as well and its cheaper than steradent.
