Would you purchase item from Singapore?

I agree. OP would have to decide on whether it would be safe, some toys won't make much difference, ie if it's a scrabble set there couldn't be too much that could be unsafe, a soft toy for a baby, on the other hand, could be a nightmare.
Even a scrabble set might turn out to be poisonous if you had to eat your words...;)0 -

No never again from Singapore, iv bought laptop chargers that have exploded and clothes that have been already torn but my biggest irk was a memory stick.
16GB memory USB, for £15 i though "Well it is Ebay so it could just be cheap" Bought it and then literally in the hour i got an email thanking me and its packaged ready for postage..
Follow on to nearly 8 weeks later it came through the door, im not too bothered about the postage time it is the other side of the world but it was abit annoying. So with gusto i opened it and checked the size and lo-and-behold 16GB, couldnt believe it. Until i tried putting more then 4Gb of music on, 1Gb went on and the other 3Gb formatted into some kind of file id never seen.
Did some research and turns out you can edit binary codes and other technical stuff to the hardware and make it read as a bigger than it is, i wanted a refund obviously, went onto ebay and not an hour after i messaged him i went back on to check and "This seller is no longer registered". It was never sorted
