Not seen these before - i do use my mobile to check emails, could that be it? seen via a bell icon, at top of yahoo mail inbox screen..

if you checked your email using 3G on your phone then it is probably that, as using your 3G would have a different IP address than your home wifi and would therefore flag up a warning.
but yahoo was hacked and 450,000 passwords were stolen, even though I doubt it will be something to do with that, but there is no harm in playing it safe and changing your password, after all better to be safe than sorry.0
