Is there anyway you can get a certificate of tax deduction online with HSBC?
Or do you have to telephone and ask for one?

I am with First Direct, which I think is owned by HSBC, and used the online message facility to ask for certificates. The ones for previous years soon arrived, and they now come every year.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Most annoying as you can print them off with Natwest!0 -
I recently requested one by sending them a secure message (assuming you are registered for online banking). They acknowledged the message after a couple of days and I received the certificate after about a week.0
