PPI - EGG (Barclaycard)

Hi All,

Has anyone received a letter from Barclaycard (EGG) saying basically they will not pay back the PPI Premiums becuase the EGG site was very clear. Not to me! Did the Financial Ombudsman Service help you? Should I go to them. The letter I got today is a disgrace! Welcome any views. Many thanks.

Can't understand that!I claimed on my Egg loan 2005-2008 which was taken out online,i received £4,000 in March 2011 and another £4,400 in May 2012,due to new guidelines and they informed me!
Must be either trying it on,or a new loophole they have found.
Contact the FOS and claim through them.Good luck!

I agree with happy-bunny - IF that is their last word.

Write back and ask if it is their final answer - drop a heavy hint that the ombudsman will be called in if they do not reconsider.
At the very least a senior person will see your letter.
