Capital One Help

Hi, I'm having a problem with Capital One. I've been getting charged PPI since I've had my credit card and i didn't know I had it, it was only on the off chance that I spotted it a few month back. I sent them the PPI questionnaire and they sent me a letter back stating that they need a copy of my signature because the one they had on file didn't match or something, I sent them a letter back basically saying that I wouldn't be providing them with a copy of my passport or signature and asking why they needed this as they still send stuff to my address even though so called my signatures don't match. That was a round 4 month ago now maybe even longer and I haven't received a reply and they are still charging me for PPI each month even though I told them to cancel it, I was wondering if anybody could help me with my next step as I'm unsure what to do now. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated
