  • Trouble with the meter readings is - that I phoned at least one of them in as the usually reliable voice recognition on the phone didn't work. That I spoke to someone and it isn't logged even after that, concerns me to the point I'll be sending readings in via the website monthly and taking screenshots on my laptop as I do them.

  • Had a reply today after emailing the CEO - as was suggested, and expected, it was passed on to someone else.

    Amazingly, they still seem reluctant to actually refer to back billing properly. Instead saying that they credited me two months back as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience of charging me for 14 months in one go.
