Lloyds TSB Error ordering printed statements Name not on A/C !!!!

I keep getting the following error on internet banking when I try to order a printed statement.

1600014 : Sorry, but we can't send you statement sheets for the dates you requested because your name wasn't on the account account during that time.

When I look online I notice that it says

For: test - WHATS THAT ABOUT???

at my address.

I'm concerned why it seems my account is not in my name??? My name has not, nor has it ever changed.

What did the bank say when you rang them up (you have rang them up yeah?)

Advised to ring the internet banking team in the morning, which I'll do as it seems I'm getting the same error message on all accounts now. Seems a strange one, they did not have a clue but managed to order the one I wanted on the phone.

Not got that problem here, correct address is showing on my accounts. Must be something peculiar on yours.

Address is fine. Above the address it has For: test

Told that it's down to the ISA statement not being sent until the first year anniversary.
