Call ATOS and ask them when your WCA will be... 0800 2888777 option 3

They're still paying me so I'm not too worried at the moment!

I'd still request it ASAP if I were you... because it will either be favourable in which case helpful to future reassessment and give you some peace of mind as to likely decision. If it isn't favourable then you could potentially challenge it before it is used... or if not it is something you'll need anyway to construct an appeal should you challenge the decision.

ok i will get this all done tomorrow with help off my key worker at rehab. It states on my report that the claiment cannot get to a place which he is unfamiliar without being with somebody. Iv got quite a few hospital letters to send and a support letter off staff at my rehab as they know my problems fully. doesnt mention on my report about that i dont cook as it would be dangerous and a risk i suffer from fatigue quite bad. anyway ill get this done tomorrow and send it off asap. What address would i send it to?

    thank you

Address at top of DWP ESA letters is probably best... probably a Benefit Delivery Centre local to you.

If that is the only descriptor found to apply in the medical then yes they're recommending you fail the WCA with 6 points scored on the WRAG descriptors (15 are needed to qualify).

If you do challenge the report for accuracy etc then it may be worth adding what descriptors you feel apply to you and why. Put the DWP under pressure is probably my advice but be aware they may take decision before you submit such a document... what you're doing isn't standard procedure but definitely could be effective.

its around a 12 week wait for the dreaded letter after having the atos medical to say you have failed. Then its time to go through all the appeal process! which from what iv heard is many many months wait like 8-10 months waiting time. But just make sure you still get paid assesment rate ESA and send in all sick notes
