Hi,
Can anyone answer me these questions?
If your business fails after 6 months with little or no income are you allowed back on JSA?
Do you have to take the £1000 loan can you avoid this or take half? The business doesnt have huge start up costs?
If at any time after being on NEA you decide the business isnt viable not enough customers can you come off NEA and back onto JSA while seeking employment?
Thanks.
