Hi all
So i bought an item for 99p free p&p on a BIN. I waited 30 days, at the request of the Hong Kong based seller days and received nothing. still nothing.
So i messaged her and she offered a replacement or refund, i asked for a replacement as it is going to be a gift.
The item arrived seven days later.
I noticed after I bought the item the price is now 99p & £10.00 p&p.
Do you think she made a mistake and hoped i would go for a refund?
