they only want you to like the page because the answer is on it somewhere (sometimes on FB you need to like a page to see the contents - not sure if this is the case here as I already liked them!) You don't have to like a picture everytime etc.

The 'like' comps FB don't allow are those which do not have an external entry form. So I think this is ok.
