Can anyone recommend a solution. My little one loves being outside, but I don't want her unprotected, I'd love more experienced parents solutions on how to protect her in the garden. She's very stationary at the moment as not even rolling yet.

Judging by photos i've seen my parents used a couple of washing lines tied off to fence posts.
They ran them parallel and then clipped a couple of sheets over the top to make a "floating" cover.
Let me know when you see the sun0 -
A hat and long sleeves/ trousers?
Interestingly rickets is on the increase in this country for the first time in years as children aren't getting enough vit d from sunshine due in part to parent fears about sun exposure.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

Its a umbrella you need .....bloody rain..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Just make sure that you have a hat on her preferable one that has a neck protector as well, use sun cream in the highest factor that you can find for her and if she is in the pram use a parasol.
As she becomes more mobile it is a bit more difficult but the advise is the same, hat sun cream, long sleeves if poss and keep them in the shade or indoors during the hotest part of the day.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480

A large golf/fishing type umbrella makes a pretty good sunshade..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
