You are absolutely right.
But crying foul after you accepted the T&Cs could be considered equally "unfair".
There are so many people these days crying "unfair" when they realise what commitments they have made. Why don't people stand up to the decisions they made out of their own, free mind? Why don't people learn to read, and comprehend, T&Cs?0
