keep getting notices to download/click on Chrome "to get a better experience"
The format of my AOL email has changed as the tell me my browser is out of date (I use IE but dont know which version - have an HP with Vista on it so is it IE 8 ?)
Should I click on Chrome or will this alter things dramatically ?

In Internet Explorer, click on the 'Help' menu and click on 'About'
You'll find your version in there. Sounds more like you're using IE7.Dave. :wave:0 -
ah thanks. It's IE 8. .Isn't that the latest version ? Don't want to click on Chrome if it alters things a lot.
Chrome is a 'browser' yes, like IE 8 ?0 -

Yes. You could always give the portable version a try to see if you like it first:

(which can be installed on your HD, it doesn't have to be on a flash drive)Stompa0 -
