Any Advise please on Dla appeal..

I just wondered if any one had any advise on what might happen next,
I had a dla appeal this week for my son and without going into everything the appeal was adjourned, The panel members were really nice and explained to me that they could not make sense of what had gone on with my claim as a superssesion took place which lowered the award with out any lawful reasons, They explained they had gone through the papers sent to them and could find no grounds for this happening, so they are getting in touch with them and they will write to me with regards to this. Could any one explain what might happen now please, I should have asked more at the appeal really but I was very nervous. I would appreciate any help and advice..

The chairman of the tribunal will write to the DLA unit and ask questions. The DLA unit will have 28 days to respond.

Once the chairman has the reply he will re-arrange the tribunal. Obviously the DLA unit could change their decision in your favour if they want to and you would then not have the need for another tribunal hearing
