I won 3 inflatables and a button from only playing twice. Then it kept freezing then crashing, going back to try again

Sorry to bump but just read on their Facebook page (replies to comments about people not receiving prizes) that the prizes were sent out earlier the week and to allow 7-10 days to receive them.
