    The Times are aware of the problem, I just checked there live customer service chat and a few people have commented, they say the appropriate team has been notified and should be rectified soon.

    the rules state that if no one wins they will give the bike away in another slot (i.e. 2 bikes in 15 minutes), so just keep an eye on it

    have emailed tech support, though i doubt they will be about till monday

    there's now an image verification code, but still doesn't accept entries.

    Also, I can't seem to find anywhere in the T&C about only 1 entry per person per timeslot, maybe someone had some automatic entry thing, that killed the website, and that could be why they have introduced the verification code?
