Can't close a NPB case!

Hi
I opened a case on 8 July, still no payment from the buyer, so I want to close it. Trouble is it won't let me.
When I click close case, I just get the open a case page come up.
Anyone have any ideas?

Strange it's usually 4 days after opening it, not a minute before the 4 days are up.
As it's now past the time, you may have to contact ebay, it could be a glitch.0 -
You may have to wait until tomorrow. Sometimes if you try a tad too early it sticks for another 24 hours.0
