Conservatory repair has failed.

Morning all, hope this is posted in the right place. I had a repair done on a conservatory leak recently. It was diagnosed as a seal in the box gutter had failed and I agreed a cost to repair. The work completed carries a 12 month gurantee. Within weeks the water has been appearing in the same areas as before. I have now contacted the company 4 times and getting little response. Each contact has been through email so I have a running thread, but they appear slow to respond and say very little when they do. How long would you guys give them to get this sorted, or refund fee if they cannot ?
