Hi
I have just received my redundancy payment and it has had a days holiday pay deducted as i had taken one day to much.
Can they do this as i thought deductions could only come out of your final salary, this had already been paid earlier in June with no deductions made?
Many thanks

Redundancy pay isnt a wage, so normal rules about deductions dont apply. But if you owe them the money, you owe them the money.0
