paying credit card from bank account

Hi there,
A member of my family would like to give me some money £100, I was thinking that instead of paying it to me through their bank account to mine, would they be able to pay it directly from their bank account to my credit card and would the credit card company say anything? Its just so I dont have any temptation to spend.

Brilliant thank you, and the credit card company doesnt question why this person has paid? Nope, the credit company will accept payments from anyone. They're kind like that.
