Equiniti Ltd is NOT regulated, so at what point does Equiniti Ltd become (EFSL).
The Equiniti Group which includes both the above has been accused of publishing mis-leading public information, and made the Financial Services Ombudsman look completely foolish in recent investigations of Equiniti Ltd in Shareholder matters.
It has also been asked to differentiate between the 2 above companies0
