    we still get them :)
    They are entitled to the DP on I.S this usually gives them the entitlement.
    If we knew the rate we could advise

    You could try charitable organisations, I was in a similar situation a few years ago, on IB and unable to to claim a ccg.

    The support worker at the Hostel I was staying in applied to a local charity on my behalf, and they sent me a cheque for £250.00!..Less than i would have recieved from a CCG, but much appreciated none the less. Might be worth a try..Good luck.:beer:
