Quick update: Round in a big massive circle back to SP/Manweb's MPAS, who can create a new supply number for me. Then I can open a new supply contract with whoever. It's amazing that nobody at the companies/organisations I have been in contact with for the past 3 months could tell me to do this in the first place!
