Estate Agent - Credit Checks HELP!!

Oh well your's seems bit more in depth! Let Alliance do 2 checks, Express or Ultimate !Mine was the Ultimate check and on the website Let Alliance says
Our checks include:
Affordability check - obviously contact fella's employer which is fine!
Electoral Roll check- yep both on there so fine
County Court Judgements / Bankruptcy Orders / IVA’s check - neither of us have these but both have defaults/late payments
Non disclosed information check - we disclosed the defaults/late payments
Cross application check - ?
Those are all they do for the express check! and add these for the ultimate!
Previous / Current / Future Employers reference - As already stated will contact employer for affordability factor!
Previous / Current Landlord Check - I have private landlord currently so wont be issue!
Full Guarantor references if required- we have a guarantor in employment, earns 4 x rent and home owner with good credit so no issue there!
So i can't see there being any issues!? Im keeping all my fingers n toes crossed though as we desperate for keys and cant afford to keep giving out referencing fees! I just hope im worrying for nothin but they don't half make it difficult don't they!!0 -
Just an update we picked up our keys at teatime!!! So we both passed very happy0
