Thank you gjam, but I use saynoto0870 all time. I strongly object to having to pay an organisation when I want to complain.

Regrettably, there are no alternative nos for Bosch, Neff or Siemens appliance care. If you ring the Milton Keynes HO for Bosch, they can't put you through to Appliance Care, because they are a totally separate company.

On a related note I was advised when looking at Bosch Washer & Dryers to take a careful look at the country of origin. Recently some of the lower end ones are now manufactured in Spain to a budget and aren't on a par reliability wise with their German counterparts (according to by local indep. appliance retail place).
