Just found this from the same people that Stephen Fry tweeted about:
www.SaySomethinginSpanish.com is now live, with free access to 15 half-hour mp3 audio lessons using what is now technically an award-winning process - we're listening very carefully indeed to user feedback and eager to get more of it so that we continue the process of making the course as good as possible. We'll be producing more free lessons on a regular basis over the coming months...:-)

similar to this is coffee break spanish - free audio lessons and optional pay-for material. Audio's are easy to follow with a Scottish teacher and student.0
