Complain to advertising standards. I agree it is misleading, if they don't offer what the AD appears to suggest is part of their services.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0

Things may have changed than in my day but when I worked for them donkeys years ago it certainly wasnt an advertised service and certainly didnt happen often but we certainly did get people coming in in person and one of the senior team members would be sent down to talk to them and off of reception was a small room with a PC in case system access was required.0
