so, do you think it is worth asking the EA the stats for our property or it'll be meaningless? (mainly after the link was posted here!

Its probably worth asking, you can see how times your post was viewed, apply some sort of a discount to take into account people who would not have clicked on the link and then deduct this from the number of views on rightmove.
Not sure when you posted compared with when the property went on RM but if it has been up for a while you can see how many people viewed before0 -

My estate agent emailed them to me every week.
It can show you how often you appear in searches compared to the average for you area, price range, type of house etc.
Plus you the number of times your full details were viewed compared to the averages.
As long as I was above the average I assumed that was ok. But it did go up and down a lot without any changes to pictures or profile.0
