I could maybe understand if just my email reply had disappeared into cyberspace... i could put it down to server error or something ... but it seems there was quite a few "went missing" which i find really odd ....somethings not right ?
i had a reply aswell to say that my email went *missing* so like you i forwarded my original email which i replyed to 10mins after i recieved the WEM, she said that they keep all the emails that they recieve and the tec team are looking into it,

i refused to give my phone number as im not being foobed of with an excuse over the phone and want everything in emails to forward to the ISP, i will give her till monday, then email her back copying in the other email adresses that i posted previously, telling them that its obvious they are not going to send out the prizes and i will be forwarding all emaills on to the ISP to investigate,
